How often does the location update?
Tracksy uploads a location every 10 seconds while moving. After 10 minutes without movement it enters a power-saving sleep mode and resumes location uploads when movement begins again.
How long does the battery last?
The supplier states battery performance of up to 15 days. Actual runtime varies with movement, mobile signal, tracking mode and feature use.
Does Tracksy need a membership?
Yes. A membership provides the 4G mobile-network connection required for live location, safe zones and connected app features.
Is it suitable for every pet?
The supplier states a recommended pet weight range of 4kg to 15kg. Check collar compatibility, comfort and attachment security for your individual pet before use.
Can it replace veterinary advice?
No. Steps, distance, activity, estimated calories and rest are general wellbeing insights. They are not a veterinary diagnosis or a substitute for professional care.
